Find the owner of any cell phone number

On the one hand, I really have to call and be nice, but once again, on the other hand, I do not want to receive a call from someone who is not known. I may be stuck in phone sales, or worse, I'd go for something from that one sale that I need ....
However, I am sure I am not the only one who experienced this. There are several ways to overcome this problem that I have
1. Let the call to voice mail. Check your voice messages and call back
2. See caller id, and call numbers
I issue
a. I do not want to see my voice mail throughout the day, the only response is unknown caller
b. Often when I returned the call on my caller id number, I got a good voice mail or anything ... no sound, no answer.
Frustrating. What do I do now is to use a cell phone number search service. The purpose I can find about someone calling me. According to the information I decide if I should call back or not.
When I get a job or home, I quickly scan my missed calls to see if there are some numbers that I know. Another number, I log into my phone cell number lookup services online and get all the information about who is calling me.
The way these services work is as follows:
1. You can get the treatment you like
2. Open website
3. There are more than likely you will get a search box (they are different from the sites)
4. Type the phone number from your caller id
5. In a few seconds, information about the number will appear.
Now, at this stage would be more likely to be represented by several choices;
a. Paying a small fee ($10 - $15) for further information by phone number one
b. Other costs ($35 - $40) to obtain the infinite search for information
All depends on how you see yourself using it. I have a limited version because all my family use and also because I saw and see who has called my children. It is very important to me. No one from abroad who have the right to call my kids, and if not, I want to know who.
